Killer B Motorsport FMIC WRX FA20 Air Oil Separator

Keep Unwanted oil out of your Intake Path with the Killer B oil Separator

A ton of WRX owners choose to run a front mount intercooler set up for improved cooling over the factory top mount. Since a few items under the hood need to be added / relocated, the standard oil separators designed for a TMIC do not always work. Killer B has done alot of R&D with the FA20 engine and have come up with a new solution for those running a FMIC.

This all new air/oil separator is specifically designed for those who are running an aftermarket FMIC set up. The included bracket allows for a mounting position near the back of the engine. Installing this part will add vacuum to the crank case which will improve power, reduce consumption and help create a better ring seal. Since the oil drains back into the crankcase, there is nothing to clean or empty out. Official launch notes can be found in the link provided below.

“The goal of this product is simple. To function as its Air/Oil Separator description implies: the removal of oil, in liquid or vapor form, from the vented crankcase gasses. Simple in premise, but function wise there’s a bit more to it. Varying oil droplet sizes, with differing pressure and velocity conditions. Different engines with varying venting characteristics or a street car vs a track or performance elevated engine. The variable list goes on, making acceptable function and performance a difficult challenge.”

Features:

  • Bracket Designed for cars running a FMIC
  • Collected oil drains back into the crankcase where it belongs.
  • Applies vacuum to the crankcase improving ring seal, reducing oil consumption and improving power potential.
  • No media to clean/replaces or baffles to inhibit crankcase flow
  • Made of billet and TIG welded 6061-T6 Aluminum
  • Killer B Motorsport push-lock barb fittings require no hose clamps
  • Made in the U.S.A.
  • Lifetime Warranty

Fitment
