There are some corresponding parts that are the same between the FL5 and FK8, but the exhaust system is not one of them. With years of manufacturing valvetronic exhaust systems for cars, the VRP system has hit all the marks needed. The exhaust features 76mm titanium piping that includes high quality robotic welds. The triple titanium tips adorn with the VR logo look amazing out of the back end of the Civic Type-R. The most important feature is the valvetronic design that lets you go from Loud to Quiet. Anyone can put a regular loud exhaust on the vehicle. But when you want to tone it down when necessary, just press the button and the exhaust valve closes. But when its time to party, press that button again and the valve is opened for a straight through, unrestricted exhaust system that breathes massive horsepower from the 2.0L turbocharged engine!
