This limited-edition kit offers the standard MAXX-Flo housing in a custom Hacienda Wrinkle Red powder-coated finish. The new shade has proven to be widely popular among the tuner community and adds a stunning pop of color in the engine bay. It adds that wow factor that MINI owners look for in order to separate themselves from the rest, especially at car shows. The limited-edition MAXX-Flo Intake Kit for the MINI Cooper is currently available in two different configurations: (1) Wrinkle RED housing, RED silicone elbow, RED 2 stage oiled foam filter (2) Wrinkle RED housing, RED silicone elbow, RED 8 ply cotton pleated filter.
The M7 Speed MAXX-Flo (TM) low-restriction intake system is an affordable high-performance aftermarket high-flow intake system for second-generation turbocharged MINI Cooper models. It’s super easy to install as well and can be swapped in just 15 minutes. The kit comes complete with the heavy-duty fabricated aluminum housing, a choice of one of two filters, a red silicone connector elbow, and all necessary hardware and clamps for a seamless install. The intake locates and attaches directly to the MINI Cooper’s existing factory intake mounting points.

Recommendation:
- Heat is enemy number one under the hood of the R56. Therefore, we recommend adding the M7 turbo heat shield (PN 56-330115) as part of the installation. Sold separately. Get it here.
Important Note:
- If your vehicle is not equipped with a MAF Sensor (most early non-USA models), you will need the optional MAF Spacer Adapter to connect properly to stock components on your car. If using a stock scoop, removal of the factory blocking plate is recommended. This product is C.A.R.B. approved.
