Get rid of that unsightly wheel gap on your Volkswagen Golf MK7/MK8 with the new MSS Sport Series Fully Adjustable Suspension Kit. MSS is a world-renowned suspension company known for its award-winning adjustable modular suspension solution which has been developed and engineering for the utmost comfort, safety, and performance. This system features MSS’s Triple Engineered Spring Solution technology that will totally transform and improve your Volkswagen Golf’s handling and ride quality. This is all thanks to its two active springs and three separate rates, which allow for a much wider range of situations when driving the car to its limits. Other distinct advantages include reduced roll and pitch, sharper turning, and the ability to accelerate faster and brake later. Enjoy a quieter and smoother ride devoid of those annoying vibrations from bumps and rough patches in the road with these dual-stacked, triple-rated springs designed to effectively absorb those actions.

Let’s delve a little deeper into what the MSS Sport Series Suspension Kit for the Volkswagen Golf MK7/MK8 consists of. As previously mentioned, MSS utilizes two active springs with three separate spring rates: the single-rated orange spring and the dual-rated black spring. This combination delivers a huge range of capability in operation that translates to a super smooth and almost linear transition. The relatively low initial spring rate absorbs small bumps in the road, thereby increasing grip. It then transitions to a secondary spring rate which enhances vehicle handling during cornering to give you maximum control over your driving experience. And with its newly patented, triple stack spring technology, MSS can now (for the first time) offer drivers one complete suspension system that checks all of the boxes.

How It Works: The black MSS Ride Enhancer keeps the orange MSS Ride Controller properly seated against the suspension, so you can push the limits of your MK7/MK8 Golf. When you are cornering hard and wheels lift up off the ground, the active coils of the tender spring hold the Ride Controller in place. The central coupler provides a firm base for the springs to sit on. It retains spring alignment and helps the components perform at the highest levels. The coupler is lightweight and features a chamfered design to ensure the springs don’t catch on the edges during operation.

The Ride Adjuster has been designed to enable ride-height adjustment to your preferences and requirements. At the turn of the wrench, you can fine-tune your Volkswagen Golf for road, dirt, and race circuit applications. The Ride Controller was developed by MSS and is manufactured by Eibach, the world leader in springs. Its primary role is to deliver added control in the form of enhanced performance handling and comfort in wet and dry road conditions. Along with the shock absorber, the single-rated, heavy-duty spring stabilizes your MK7/MK8 during acceleration, steering, cruising, and braking.

Features:

  • Eliminates the unsightly fender gap from the factory.
  • Enjoy a more aggressive look for your MK7/MK8 Golf.
