The aFe MACH Force-Xp Exhaust is crafted from 100 percent TIG-welded 3″ to 2-1/2″ mandrel-bent brushed 304 stainless steel tubing for race-proven strength and durability. The system also features high-flow stainless steel polished mufflers, producing a powerful sound that complements the RS5’s look perfectly. The MACH Force-Xp exhaust is finished off with quad 3-1/2″ diameter 304 stainless steel clamp-on exhaust tips, which feature a laser-etched aFe Power logo on them for an added touch. The end tips are available in black, carbon fiber, or polished varieties.

This system incorporates a factory-style exhaust valve that uses the stock Audi exhaust valve motors (not included). The valve helps regulate, direct, and control the flow of exhaust gases by opening, closing, or partially obstructing passageways (depending on throttle position) for maximum performance. A mitered merge X-pipe is used to balance and evenly distribute exhaust pulses traveling through the system to minimize exhaust drone and maximize scavenging. A mitered merge collector is also used to reduce turbulence and increase exhaust velocity to deliver more horsepower and torque. Improved throttle response is another benefit of this system.
