aFe Power’s latest product release is its Twisted Steel 304 Stainless Steel Tri-Y Headers for the all-new C8 Corvette. These headers are crafted from 1-7/8″ – 2-1/8″ – 2-3/4” mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel tubing for maximum strength, durability, and corrosion resistance. They feature a strategic Tri-Y design with optimized tube lengths and specifically tuned paired opposite firing cylinders to improve cylinder scavenging, exhaust flow, and overall performance. aFe Power’s Twisted Steel Headers include an auxiliary O2 bung and plug for a wide-band O2 sensor or other instrumentation.

aFe Power utilizes the latest cutting-edge computer-aided design technology to build its headers, which are designed for custom, high-tolerance factory fitment. TIG-welded inlet ports are used for added strength, to eliminate flange warpage, and to increase exhaust flow. Factory-style laser-cut 304 stainless steel flanges are also used to ensure a secure and leak-free seal.

The aFe Twisted Steel 304 Stainless Steel Tri-Y Headers for the mid-engine C8 produce power gains of up to 24 horsepower and 17 pound-feet of torque, as measured by the brand’s in-house dyno. What’s more, these performance headers produce a powerful sound that perfectly complements the newly unleashed power.

This header system by aFe has been designed to retain all the factory Corvette C8 sensors and is compatible with the stock catalytic converters for a hassle-free install. In addition, the kit includes all the necessary manifold bolts and factory gaskets for a direct bolt-on system. There is no cutting or modifications needed.
