Vivid Racing’s Porsche 997 Turbo had the opportunity to test the new adjustable sway bars by Agency Power. The front sway bar is 25mm and 3 way adjustable. The rear sway bar is 24mm and 3 way adjustable. The bars are a solid construction and include proper bushings for mounting. The sway bars do work with the stock sway bar links. However Agency Power has an upgraded front sway bar link and rear unit for the 997TT soon to be released. The sway bars are slightly larger then what is currently on the market. The adjustability and increased diameter provides you the ability to dial in your sway bars for a balanced handling car. The larger rear diameter sway bar helps tremendously improve the cars natural habit to have understeer. The front sway bar allows you to balance out the oversteer and keep the car more neutral if desired.
The sway bars will be available in a white powdercoat and should be available for sale Feb 1, 2009. Right now we are taking preorders with a 50% deposit for them at a discounted price.
