New JL Wrangler Shocks from Radflo

To say the JL Wrangler is one of the most polarizing Wranglers ever would be an understatement. It still has a solid frame and solid axles, but many people think it’s become watered down compared to the Jeeps of old. Regardless of whether you do or don’t like the JL Wrangler, there is no denying that the aftermarket for it is exploding. The JK Wrangler still has more aftermarket support, but the amount of companies currently developing parts for the JL is incredible. We’ve been waiting for Radflo to begin supporting the JL and the time has finally come with their new 2.5 OE replacement shocks!

Unlike many OE replacement shocks, these new shocks for Radflo have an optional piggyback reservoir. You might be wondering why you even need an external reservoir and the answer is cooling. When you’re going fast in the dirt, the shocks have to work hard, and that will cause the shock fluid to start heating up. Part of the job of the reservoir is to hold extra fluid which helps disperse all that heat. The result is coming consistent shock performance even after an extended period of hard off-road use.

On top of the awesome external reservoir, these shocks are adjustable. Depending on your spring rates, mods, and what kind of off-roading you’re doing, you’ll need the shocks to be stiffer or softer. These new Radflo shocks have low-speed adjustment and high-speed adjustment, meaning you can fine-tune the shock to work properly for your JL.
Features:

  • Low Speed Compression adjuster knob with approximately 23 click settings
  • High Speed Compression adjuster knob with 12 click settings
  • Front Shocks – 2 .5 Housing and Sleeved Reservoir
  • Rear Shocks – 2.5 Housing and Sleeved Reservoir
  • Velocity sensitive valving automatically adjusts to terrain for improved control, handling and comfort
  • Design fit specifically for the Jeep JL
  • Completely rebuildable, serviceable and tunable for virtually unlimited service life
  • Radflo high-temp foam resistant suspension fluid
  • Hand made in the USA

If you have any questions about the Radflo JL Wrangler OE replacement shocks or would like to purchase it, please do not hesitate to contact us. We can be reached by phone at 1.480.966.3040 or via email at [email protected].
