If your strut towers flex under extreme load, the suspension can’t work properly and ultimately you’ll end up with unpredictable handling. Luckily, stiffening the chassis of your vehicle is relatively easy.
For WRX/STI and Forester owners who want to improve handling by increasing chassis rigidity, the new Perrin strut tower brace is the perfect solution. This new strut tower brace is designed for the 2002-2007 WRX/STI, 2004-2008 Forester, and 2003-2008 Forester XT. It features a mandrel bent 4130 chromoly tube with CNC machined feet, for a strong and lightweight construction.
Like all strut braces, this new Perrin strut brace bolts to the passenger and driver side strut tower. By connecting the strut towers with a brace, chassis rigidity is massively improved which ultimately improves handling. This new strut tower is available in textured red, black, and glossy yellow.
