The Kia Stinger GT was one of the most hyped up performance cars when it was released in 2017. It had the potential to disrupt the performance sedan market which has mostly been dominated BMW M3. With a twin-turbo 3.3L, expectations were pretty high, but the final product delivered a slightly disappointing 365 horsepower and 376 ft-lbs of torque. Luckily, that 3.3L engine is very potent with some basic modifications and a tune. As with any turbocharged car, if you can get significantly more air to the turbos, you end up with a pretty large power gain.
Agency Power’s new intake kit for the Kia Stinger GT is perfect for any Stinger GT owners who want to add a bit of power with an easy-to-install part. These intakes are designed to not only increase flow by using larger and more efficient filters, but also decrease intake-air-temperatures. The intake tubes are constructed from Roto Molded which keeps intake air temperatures down. With proper boxes around the filters, intake air temperatures are kept super low.
All this means a lot of cool air is fed to the turbochargers, resulting in +12hp gains! On top of the power gains, the increase in induction noise makes the driving experience much more exciting.
- Lightweight Roto Molded Construction
- Increased flow and low intake-air-temperatures
