Although the JL Wrangler is fantastic both on-road and off-road, there are some shortcomings with it. There is only so much lighting that Jeep can legally put on the JL Wrangler, and that becomes a problem for people who like to go off-roading at night. The faster you go, the farther you need to see; otherwise you will not have enough time to react to changes in the road. The headlights might be okay for very light trail riding, but for anything more you’ll want more lighting. This new kit from KC is designed to be easy to install with no cutting or drilling required. The light bar itself is KC’s 10” 50W Flex Array light. It outputs an impressive 4,875 lumens in a combo beam pattern for optimum lighting, both long and short range. Of course, being a KC light, it’s IP68 water and dust proof, so you won’t have to worry about it breaking when things get a little crazy off-road. It mounts to the factory JL steel bumper with the OEM bolt locations.
