Remove Restrictions and Create more Power with AWE Sport Catalysts
The all new Porsche 991.2 Carrera now comes with a very potent 3.0L turbocharged engine from the factory. This means that owners will be able to easily make more power by changing up components on the vehicle. ECU tuning will offer substantial increases in power, but exhaust components will also make a huge difference in performance. Since the Cat section sits directly after the turbocharger, this section of exhaust is the most restrictive. These restrictions rob power and make the vehicle less efficient. The new catalyst sections from AWE help to resolve these issues by enlarging the piping and by adding higher flowing catalysts. This specific system works with vehicles that DO NOT have the Porsche Sport Exhaust system currently installed. Installing this portion will result in quicker spool up and increased power throughout the power band. The best part is there will be no “check engine” lights when this product is installed.
