New Stainless Works Exhaust for 2018 Mustang GT + New 2″ Primary Headers

The S550 Mustang is the best Mustang ever made. From the independent rear suspension to the 5.0L Coyote engine, it’s better than every Mustang before it in nearly every way. For 2018 Ford began offering valved exhaust systems, something many Mustang owners have wanted for quite a while. Although the valved exhaust is a good step in the right direction, it’s very heavy, has a relatively small piping diameter, and isn’t loud enough for many owners. Of course, the 2018 models have a quad tip exhaust, meaning 2015-2017 exhausts won’t work. Stainless Works has just released their new 2018 Mustang GT exhaust systems, and they are sure to be a big hit.

For starters, these new catbacks from Stainless Works are the first in their all new Redline series of exhaust systems which are the loudest systems ever offered by Stainless Works. The system is made from 304 stainless steel, and it’s tig welded throughout. The tubing uses a 3” mandrel bent design for maximum flow, and it’s available with either an H-pipe or X-pipe. Of course, the 2018 models have that valved exhaust, and Stainless Works includes a valved muffler which works with the OEM valve system, meaning everything works as if it was stock, but louder and more powerful.

  • Redline System – Stainless Works’ Most Aggressive Sound
  • 3” Mandrel Bent Tubing
  • X-Pipe or H-Pipe Crossover
  • Valved Muffler Works with OEM Electronics
  • Quad Polished Slash Cut Double Wall Tips
  • 304 Stainless Steel

Seperate from these new Redline catbacks are new Stainless Works headers with 2” primaries for the 2015-2018 Mustang GT. These are an upgrade over the current 1-7/8” primary headers from Stainless Works and will be available in both a catted and off-road version.
