Novitec is world renown for their high quality aero kits and performance products for the latest supercars. Having a long history of modifying Ferrari cars, it was only a matter of time that they released their upgrades for the 296 GTS. Making such a premier supercar such as the Ferrari 296 even more exciting is a difficult task at hand. But Novitec has accomplished this with their N-Largo package.
The body conversion was designed by a well known name in the aftermarket, Vittorio Strosek. The upgraded aero package widens the car by 12cm. Wind tunnel tested, the new aerodynamics offer outstanding efficiency. All the components are produced from carbon fiber to maintain a lightweight and strong structure. The front fascia gives the vehicle a more aggressive appearance while leaving exposed carbon fiber elements. It transitions perfectly to the new N-Largo front fenders which are 3cm wider than stock. The frunk lid has integrated air ducts to enhance stability with more front axle downforce. The 3 gill shaped ventilation slots on the fenders help discharge heat from the braking required with all the additional performance. The N-Largo rocker panels were shaped to flow into the new rear fenders that help cover the new 22 inch rear wheels. In combination with the new diffuser and rear spoiler, the complete N-Largo package is quite the transformation.
The packaged wheels are manufactured in the USA for the German tuner by Vossen. The wheels are a 21/22 inch combination to fit the new aesthetic of the supercar. Beyond the aero is a full performance upgrade that takes the output of the twin turbo v6 to 868 horsepower which is 200 horsepower more than stock. This includes new turbo inlets, 100 cell catalysts, Novitec Sports exhaust in stainless steel or Inconel.
