Vivid Racing Porsche 991 Turbo or Turbo S Intercooler Installation
Professional Installation is highly recommended
Step 1:
Remove the rear bumper, taillights, and both factory intercooler mounting brackets & ducts.
Step 2:
Remove the foam seal on the plastic lower intercooler air duct and trim the highlighted area shown in Figure A. This area will need to be flush to allow clearance of the larger intercooler. Refer to Figure B for reference. Do this for both driver and passenger side lower intercooler ducts.
Step 3:
Reattach the trimmed plastic intercooler ducts to the intercoolers.
Step 4:
Reuse the factory intercooler rubber grommets and swap them over to the new Vivid Racing Intercoolers.
Step 5:
Mount the Vivid Racing intercooler assemblies onto the factory
brackets using the factory mounting hardware and reattach all necessary hoses.
Step 6:
Reattach bumper and taillights. Enjoy your new upgraded intercoolers from Vivid Racing!
