When it comes to turning the sports car, Porsche Cayenne S into an off-road beast, our very own Ryan McFarlin led by example with his latest upgrades. For his luxury SUV, Ryan upgraded it’s suspensions, wheels, tires and more, and as seen in pictures below which were shot by Derius Aguirre, the upgrades turned the ride into a powerful off-roading machine. If you thought that the installation was done seamlessly, Ryan partnered with the one and only Marzocchi Imports, a brand known for offering high-quality import repair and maintenance services across Gilbert, Arizona, which is why the installation job looks outstanding in the photos below.
For starters, Ryan’s Porsche Cayenne S was lifted of the ground using Eurowise 3 inch Lift Kit, and this ride’s suspension upgrade didn’t end there, as it also had off-road tested Control arms installed for better performance and steering. Apart from steering and handling, the other important upgrade for off-road vehicles is light, so Ryan’s Porsche had a Eurowise Bolt On Light Bar installed as well as Eurowise’s NEW Cayenne 2011-2017 modular roof rack which was modified for lights by Lex Offroad in Mesa.
A vehicle wouldn’t be off-road ready without the proper wheels and tires and Ryan used our very own VR Forged Porsche Cayenne Overland 1pc Monoblock Wheels which guarantees a comfortable ride, attractive appearance and delivers impressive performance. The wheels paired with with BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO2 275/65R18s tires set the Porsche Cayenne S apart while ensuring it could endure the rough terrains.
Other upgrades done to Ryan’s Porsche were Baja Designs’ legendary 8 inch LP9 Racer Edition LED Auxiliary Light Pod and Baja Designs’ LP6 Pro LED Auxiliary Light Pod – Universal which were designed to deliver higher visibility at greater distances and near-field applications respectively something you will greatly need in off-road adventures.
Ryan didn’t want to limit his adventures on days with good weather only, so he also got the Baja Designs Fog Pocket Kit, which is guaranteed to provide a water and rain proof driving assurance. And when it comes to performance gain and a faster throttle response, Ryan looked for VR Tuned ECU Flash Tune for Porsche Cayenne 958 S which took his stock power from 400hp and 369ft/lbs, to 441hp and 392ft/lbs tuned. With that much power and these outstanding upgrades, Ryan’s Porsche Cayenne S is ready to deliver exceptional high-performance when facing tough off-road terrains and even on his daily commute.
