Racing Dynamics is currently developing one new BMW strut brace application every month. For this month, they have just released a front strut brace for the 2013+ BMW 3- and 4-series F30/F32 [PN: 196 99 30 020]. Every one of Racing Dynamics’ strut braces was designed by professional race car engineers for chassis stiffness and ease of mounting. Each strut brace is manufactured using their specially designed extrusion for increased stiffness and properties to allow for the bending of the alloy without crimping at the bends. This means that there is no need to cut and weld multiple pieces (for those with an inherently weaker design). Each movable joint is approximately a 2-inch bolt and bushing, which is extremely rigid in torsion and compression – the 2 major stresses that they are trying to increase in high performance handling events. These joints are much stiffer than any heim join design. End plates are machined on high speed machining centers for exactness and repeat ability, ensuring the BMW owner of the finest strut brace available anywhere.
Racing Dynamics has also manufactured a carbon fiber engine cover for the 2013+ BMW 3- and 40series F30/F32 [PN: 131 74 55 060]. This engine cover will fit the following vehicles: BMW 3-series F30, F31, F32, F33, F34GT, 435, 235, 135 series, 2012-2016, 320i, 325i, 328i, 335i models with 3.0L N55B30 I6 turbo motor. Each cover is a complete real carbon fiber cover with no overlay. The weave of their carbon fiber cover dresses up your engine compartment for that high tech look and installs easily with basic hand tools. This product is produced using the “dry carbon” process, which has the resin impregnated in the cloth at the material manufacturer’s plant for efficiency in disbursing the resin throughout the carbon fabric. This minimizes excess resin in the part, making the finish better and the part stronger and lighter. The prepreg material is cut and placed in the mold inside an autoclave and with heat and great pressure the part is formed minimizing surface irregularities and bubbles. Note: This cover is quite large 24-inches by 22-inches.
