Limited Edition Gradient seats are now Available from Recaro USA

Bring back the 80’s racing heritage with some “New” Retro style gradient seats from Recaro. For a limited time we are offering these new seats for sale, which are limited to 50 sets (100 seats total). These are based off of the “Speed” model which has been used in numerous aftermarket and OEM applications. The Gradient pattern was a very popular option from Recaro, which is now back with a modern twist. Each set of seats comes with a certificate of authenticity with a personalized seat number. Official launch details are posted below, these are not expected to be around for very long!

“The early eighties are back! RECARO Automotive Seating is celebrating a design icon of the early eighties with a limited carseat edition. Only 50 sets, consisting of driver and passenger seat, will be produced for the North American market. Starting in August, the Gradient Seat will be available at select RECARO US dealers.

The new seat model is based on the classic, well-known sport seat RECARO Speed. It provides the essence of a dynamic riding experience – with an integrated headrest, belt pass-throughs and aggressively bolstered shoulder, back and thigh areas. The sleek cover designs make the RECARO Speed the ultimate performance seat.

In the early eighties, the original RECARO sport seats showed a distinctive design with the RECARO logo on a color gradient in shades of orange and brown.

For the unprecedented crispness of the bold logo presentation RECARO Automotive Seating uses an innovative technique of Adient: The exclusive fabrics for the seat inserts combine digital ink jet printing with performance durability. To round things up, the set of seats come with a certificate of authenticity to identify their exclusive nature.”
