Subaru carries rich heritage in the rally community as the WRX and STI are some of the most popular chassis for the sport. Being the perfect platform for enthusiasts to modify and improve performance, the VA chassis release for 2015 was news everyone wanted to hear. Due to the Mitsubishi Evolution being discontinued, the newly developed VA WRX/STI prevailed.

The all-new FA engine in the VA chassis has proved itself for featuring the performance, sound, and thrill that Subaru is known for. Since the factory exhaust system has a quad-tip dual-exit configuration, it has a massive muffler. This muffler system is quite heavy and induces immense restriction which mutes the glorious boxer engine rumble everyone knows and loves.

Remark combats this issue with their R1 spec single-exit catback exhaust system that eliminates restriction while unlocking the magnificent rumble. The 16-gauge stainless steel construction provides weight savings combined with high-quality materials. A significant decrease in restriction is achieved due to the three-inch diameter tubing along with mandrel bends.

A stainless steel muffler is offered, as well as, a titanium option for those that want to save every pound. The stainless steel exhaust system weighs in at 25.1 lbs while the titanium variant is 20.5 lbs. The Remark single-exit exhaust system provides immense weight savings along while unlocking the beloved Subaru Rumble.
