There are a number of visual cues that instantly indicate the Rigid Industries’ Radiance is unlike any other light bar out there on the market. It starts with an exposed black printed circuit board, which gives off an industrial look when it’s not illuminated. The black powder coated mounting brackets and black extruded aluminum housing further the “murdered out” theme.
Inside the light housing are forward-projecting optics with back-lighting that is available in white, amber, red, green or blue. The back-lighting provides the light bar with an unmistakable accent glow that also illuminates the Rigid branding plates. The forward projecting LED lights and backlight functions are on their own independent circuits. This enables the user to add an accent color at the flip of a switch, both figuratively and literally. A multi-switch wiring harness is sold separately.
The new Radiance light bar also features a forward projecting Broad Spot optic, which combines the qualities of a spot and flood beam pattern to create a distinct beam that illuminates the road ahead. The LEDs are protected by a high impact Polycarbonate lens, built in heat sink, and a GORE pressure-equalizing vent to ensure that you can enjoy their performance for long. The Radiance light bar is available in 10- to 50-inch lengths.
