Working with different vendors all over the world, sometimes there are complications with an order, a shipment or the fulfillment of an order. We pride ourselves on having amazing customer service. For this Porsche 993 Carrera S owner from Sweden it was a rock road to find hi perfect setup. When he notified us of the problem, our sales guy Sean ([email protected] ext. 226) swooped in to help make sure that he got exactly what he was looking for, and that we did everything in our power to make any wrong, right. When it was all said and done, here’s the email we got from him,
“Hi, Sean.
Don’t know if you remember, but you helped me resolve an issue with non-deliverable rims for my Porsche 993 Carrera S like 8-9 months ago. It all ended with me buying a set of BBS LM-Rs, which you found at the US importer and one of which was black. After a long winter here in Sweden, and far too much at work to attend to. I have finally had time to custom paint them, experiment with various spacer combos and eventually had everything perfectly fitted. I enclose a couple of pictures, so that you can see the end result.
Although this was a long journey, seeing the final result it was all worth it! I am 100 per cent happy, and convinced that the 18 inch regular LM’s I had first ordered wouldn’t have looked half as good. And if one rim hadn’t been black, I probably wouldn’t have even considered custom painting all four, which decidedly is sweeter than the stock silver finish.

This next customer was helped by our sales guy Ahmed ([email protected] ext. 231) with is purchase of wheels. The customer wanted a more truculent look. He wanted his wagon to be the baddest wagon on the road, so that’s what we did for him. Ahmed set him up with a pair of Rotiform BLQ forged 3-Piece Concave Wheels. The front are 19 x 9 5 x 120 and the rear were set are 19 x 10 deep concave center. They are satin anthracite on the outer barrel and glass anthracite center caps are satin red.
