The customer of the slime green Honda Civic Type R below probably did not need to do much to his ride to get noticed – after all, the color is a head-turner on its own. The VR D03-R wheels fit beautifully on the Honda Civic Type R hatch. The vehicle spotlighted here is sitting on 18-inch D03-Rs (18×9.5 +45), which weigh just 9.9 kilograms (21.8 pounds) each and have a load rating of up to 690 kilograms (1521 pounds). These one-piece tuner wheels were made using a 10,000-ton press in order to guarantee that they can withstand the rigors of both daily driving and more spirited racing. The finish is also strong enough to stand up to the elements and look new for longer.
The VR D03-R forged wheel has a monoblock construction that is ultra-lightweight yet highly durable to deliver unmatched performance. With VR Forged wheels, you will never have to compromise looks or performance when upgrading your stock wheel assembly. The D03-R wheel design is similar to VR’s original D03 monoblock wheel but it has a more motorsports-inspired style with a machined ring around the outside edge.
