By increasing exhaust diameter and utilizing a more efficient design, total flow is increased which ultimately increases power output.
Stainless Works new 14-20 Tundra products include Legend Catback, Redline Catback, and their high-performance headers. Both catback systems are constructed from high-quality 3-inch mandrel-bent tubing with an x-pipe in the center. For those who want a mild increase in sound, the Legend system is the ideal choice, but if you want a big increase in sound, the Redline series is the best choice.
The headers are the first point of contact after the exhaust gases exit the cylinder and cylinder head, so they can have a big impact on total exhaust flow. Stainless Works’ headers feature 1-7/8 primaries and TIG welding throughout. The shape of the primaries helps massively improve flow and exhaust scavenging, resulting in significantly more exhaust flow before the exhaust gases reach the catback section.
