Stainless works has just announced its turbo back exhaust system for the 2017+ Ford Raptor. The new 2017+ Ford Raptor model uses a 3.5L Ecoboost in place of the 5.4L or 6.2L found in the previous generation. The new Turbocharged power plant is very potent and can only improve with modifications. To get the best performance and sound, a full exhaust system will yield you the best results. To get rid of the restrictions caused by the factory down pipes and exhaust, Stainless works has released a full 3″ exhaust from the turbos back. This will allow for quicker turbo spool up and limited back pressure. These items are required to get increased performance numbers on certain ECU tunes. The company also gives you the option of two different exhaust exit options. The dual exit exhaust provides two chrome tip pipes that exit where the factory exhaust would. This allows for an OEM fitment and improves the look of the rear end. The second option is a axle dump which will have an increased noise, less weight, with more ground clearance. The down pipe sections are offered with both a high flow catalyst and race (for off road use only). Factory turbo adapter is very restrictive so we eliminated the 2″ adapter to give you a full 3″ system from the turbo back. Extra hangers on the Dump system provide a more rugged option for the extreme off-roaders.
