Takeda’s latest product offering is the Stainless Steel Axle-Back Exhaust for the 2018-2021 Hyundai Kona. This axle-back will fit all models equipped with the turbocharged 1.6-liter engine and all-wheel drive. Takeda’s stainless steel exhaust systems promise increased exhaust flow and, consequently, higher power figures. The Takeda team has spent a great deal of time rigorously testing each exhaust to ensure it produces maximum power gains with a tantalizing exhaust tone to match. Moreover, this axle-back system has been designed to use your Hyundai Kona’s factory hanger locations and includes everything you need for a seamless install process.

The Takeda Stainless Steel Axle-Back Exhaust for the 2018-2021 Hyundai Kona is crafted from 100 percent MIG-welded, 2-1/2” mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel tubing for maximum strength and durability. It also features a high-flow 304 stainless steel muffler, which produces a powerful sound to transform the identity of the compact sport utility vehicle. Optional tips are available in two finishes: black and polished.

Straight from the factory, the all-wheel-drive Hyundai Kona with the 1.6-liter (t) engine has an output of 175 horsepower and 195 pound-feet of torque.
