If I have a 2004 g35 and purchase the retro kit, do you retrofit?

Would a ininiti G37 sport be an appropriate donor car for the kit ? Is there a structural reason that the G35 is the most commonly mentioned and noted car?
some people have said they have used a 37 but found some parts had to be re fabricated, but in saying that some people complained that 35s also had to re fabricated (i am assuming it was from shipping some parts may have been damaged).
With any body kit there will be modification and bodywork to be done to make it fit 100% perfect especially at this level. As there may be some modification to make it fit just right on the G35, the G37 might need the same amount of work if not more.
So the first step is to just buy any g35 or are there certain things that it’ll need before i can turn it into a vaydor g35?
