Stainless Works has been getting a ton of inquires to produce a exhaust header for the Pontiac G8. Finally they have answered your calling and have created several options for this platform. In order to create more power, they have enlarged the primary runners to your choice of 1-7/8 or 2″ tubing diameter. These primaries then flow into a 3″ collector which can be slip fit or bolted depending on your configuration. You are also given the option of an off-road catless and a high flow catted option. “Stainless Works introduces the complete line of 304L SS products for the 2008-2010 Pontiac G8. Long Tube headers with 1-7/8” dia primaries with hi flow catalytic converters or offroad lead pipes connect directly to our chambered turbo muffler dual 3” catback exhaust system. We also offer a dual 3” chambered turbo muffler exhaust system to connect directly behind the factory cats, and a 2 ½” axle back s-tube turbo muffler kit and 2 ½” muffler delete kit. Both kits bolt up as axle back muffler replacements. All Exhaust systems come with 304L SS mirror polished 3” x 6” wide oval slash cut and angle cut tips that match the contour of the G8 Perfectly”
