One of the requirements of our Project GT-R was to have upgraded downpipes with high flow cats. The customer needed this to be able to import the car and pass their emissions testing. Downpipes are also a great way to help the turbos make more power with the ability to quickly move exhaust gas from the turbine. The high flow 100 cell catalytic converters fit with the factory OBDII sensors. We will be testing the car 1 last time on the dyno and we hope to pick up about 20HP. With all our inhouse fabrication here at Vivid Racing, the stainless steel piping is TIG welded and engineered for the best possible flow.
