At some point or another, pretty much every enthusiast out there has wanted to own a Porsche. The 911 has long been one of the performance benchmarks for sports cars, and the Cayman has many of the characteristics of the 911, plus a small mid-engined design. Unfortunately, many enthusiasts also need something that can haul their family around which is where the Panamera comes in. The Panamera takes many of the driving dynamics of the 911 and puts it into four-door chassis. The latest 971 generation is even better than the original 970, with the turbo variant outputting insane performance figures.
Outputting an insane 542 horsepower and 568 ft-lbs of torque, the Turbo model has the numbers to slay much “sportier” cars. The Turbo S E-Hybrid is even more insane with its electric motors. Ordinary people might think that kind of power is plenty, but enthusiasts always want more. Sure, it might be fast but what if it could be even faster? Thankfully, Porsche’s use of turbochargers makes getting more power from the 971 Turbo much easier. We’ve been hard at work to deliver a reliable and power tuning solution for 971 Turbo owners who don’t want to flash their ECU, and now this solution is available to everyone!
Our new tuning box takes many of the inputs the ECU relies on and slightly modifies the signal of the sensor before sending it to the ECU. This effectively “tricks” the ECU into safely making more power. One of the significant benefits of this type of setup is having the ability to remove it without a trace, meaning you won’t have to worry about your warranty being void. As we found, Porsche left a HUGE amount of performance on the table with the 971 Turbo. With our tuning box installed, you can expect horsepower gains of around 138 and around 200 ft-lbs of torque, making your Panamera output around 680 horsepower and 770 ft-lbs of torque! It should be noted, this tuning box works with Panamera Turbo and Turbo S E-Hybrid, however, the tune does not change anything with the electric motors of the E-Hybrid model.
