Brembo Big Brake Kits come in either slotted or drilled 2 piece rotors. Depending on who you ask, slotted might be better than drilled for intensive racing applications where drilled looks great for street cars. Alcon, one of Brembo’s competitors, has these fancy J-Hook style rotors for their big brake kits. They are simply a new take on the slotted design to help achieve better braking with less abrasion to the compound material. Now, WP Pro Brakes has made replacement big brake disc rings for the Brembo and AP Racing brake kits with the J-Hook design as well as standard drilled pattern. WP Pro is a braking specialist with many big brake applications and even carbon ceramic 2 piece brake rotors. These are just another product to their line up. The rings are sold individually and used with the OEM companies hardware and hats. The rotors are produced with a very high attention to detail and a QC process that even Brembo would find top level.
