What Makes Forgeline Wheels so Special

There are a lot of people out there who entirely comfortable with keeping their car completely stock; however, the chances are that isn’t you. If you want to make your vehicle stand out from the sea of cars identical to yours, the easiest way to do that is with a set of aftermarket wheels. Depending on your style, you could go aggressive or mild. You could also go for a factory looking wheel or something completely wild. That’s the remarkable thing about aftermarket wheels: it’s all up to you.

Forgeline is one of the most prestigious names in the wheel industry. They earned their reputation with their racing experience and success in racing. If you can design, test, and prove your wheels to be good enough for a professional racing series, you put yourself ahead of many other wheel manufacturers. Of course, this kind of research and development takes a lot of time and money, but the result is an incredibly well design wheel.

Every Forgeline wheel is engineered using computer-simulated finite element analysis and tested using real word load variables. Forgeline manufactures their wheels with heat-treated 6061-T6 aluminum. That aluminum is forged on a 6000-ton hydraulic press. This entire forging process results in durable and lightweight wheels, with the average wheel being 40% stronger than a cast aluminum wheel. If you need the absolute best of the best, Forgeline offers carbon fiber wheels.

Unlike some wheel manufacturers, Forgeline manufactures all their wheels in-house, ensuring the best possible quality control, but also allowing for unparalleled flexibility. They can produce a wheel in nearly any offset, size, bolt pattern, and color; This has allowed Forgeline to build wheels for prototype vehicles, such as the Hennessy Venom F5.

To help our online customer decide exactly how they want their Forgeline wheels to look and specifications they need, Vivid Racing has spent a lot of time developing a new wheel configurator. If you haven’t already, be sure to head over to the Forgeline product page and check out the new configurator for yourself, as it’s a feature we are very excited to bring forth. Below are pictures of various vehicles equipped with Forgeline wheels to help give you an idea of what they look like in the real world.

If you would like to purchase the Forgeline wheels, please do not hesitate to contact us. We can be reached by phone at 1.480.966.3040 or via email at [email protected].
