The new an improved design incorporates an oil groove promoting more lubrication to the input shaft bearing. Also, gives a substantial clearance for ease of assembly.
The CMS Billet Bearing Plate is also engineered to be a perfect fit for bearings and assembly with correct preload. The new bearing plate being made from 4130 Chromoly it makes it much stronger than the original cast design and will give the benefit of not worrying about failure when the performance is most needed.
