SSR Professor MS3 | Why should I install these wheels?

SSR has been producing 3-piece wheels since the seventies. Having produced a wheel for that long, it is safe to assume that SSR has perfected the art in producing truly wonderful and strong 3-piece wheels for the street and for racing as well.

With SSR, every wheel is designed to be used in the track including the Professor MS3. The Professor MS3 is SSR’s interpretation of the forked spoke design. It incorporates split 7-spokes and rivets that make the wheel look ready to hit any track.

Like all SSR 3-piece wheels, the MS3 is composed of an outer rim, inner rim, and center disc which allows SSR to offer wide range of offsets and ensures proper fitment specific to your vehicle. Speaking of varying degrees of offset and profile, the MS3 can be ordered in a super deep dish that will make your car’s stance even more aggressive. Available in 18, 19, and 20-inch diameters, the MS3 is quite perfect for sports cars, sport sedans, and grand touring cars.

A feature of an SSR 3-piece wheel won’t be complete without mentioning their world renowned HTM treatment in making its wheels incredibly light weight and super strong. The MS3 passes through a spinning process during manufacturing. It is then heat-treated once again. This heating method makes the wheel even stronger using minimal material. The result is an exceptional combination of strength and lightness that’s perfect for the track. With weight and high strength in mind, each section of the wheel is engineered using separate grades and thickness of aluminum according to its purpose. SSR's racing heritage and manufacturing innovations have allowed the creation of a 3-piece wheel that is both super lightweight and high in strength.

The MS3 is available in Silver, Flat Black, and Titan Silver finishes.
