Forgeline's forged Concave Stepped Lip wheels feature deep Concave Stepped Lip profiles for a modern muscular look. We custom-build these deep dish Concave Stepped Lip wheels from forged 6061-T6 aluminum in 18", 19", 20", and 21". For a modern muscular look, all Forgeline Concave Stepped Lip Series wheels locate the inboard pad of the outer rim to deliver depth and scale inside the wheel core. These 3-piece wheels are mounted with secret stainless-steel ARP fasteners and Heli-Coil inserts, available in both deep Concave Stepped Lip profiles for the most striking appearance and shallow Concave Stepped Lip profiles to create a staggered look or to fit narrow widths or higher-offset applications.

Forgeline wheels are made using heated aircraft-grade 6061-T6 aluminum that is forged by 6,000 tons of hydraulic pressure. This manufacturing technique delivers grain structure alignment, minimal porosity, and more even material. The result is a wheel with optimal strength-to-weight ratio and quality. Typically, Forgeline wheels are four times stronger than conventional cast-aluminum wheels.
