What Makes the Enkei NT03RR Special?

Another legend of Enkei Racing was the RR makeover of Enkei's latest MAT DURA II flow-forming rim, the NT03RR. This next-generation MAT rim provides improved rigidity over the original NT03+M rim. The wheel's iconic brace ring evenly distributes stress on the spokes to further improve the rigidity of the rim, giving NT03RR superb cornering and steering response capabilities. Dynamic design with a concave rear face offers a beautiful yet powerful form to complete any real racing setup. The NT03RR is available in sizes ranging from 17×7 up to 18×11 with various bolt patterns and concave profiles. Similar to the GTC01RR and RS05RR, the NT03RR is available in three concave faces.

DURA-FLOW MAT

Enkei’s MAT (Most Advanced Technology) process improves the molecular structure of aluminum and reduces wheel weight without sacrific- ing strength. Through improving the material’s strength and changing the rim profile, MAT evolved into DURA-FLOW MAT. This process optimizes the rim’s strength and rigidity, while also produc- ing a new rim shape that accommodates large high-performance brakes.

Spec-E Inspection

Enkei, long ago, established their own test standard called "Spec-E." It is more stringent than the already high JWL requirement. Enkei's Spec-E test setting requires a higher drop point in the impact test and 20% more cycles for the rotary bending fatigue and dynamic radial fatigue tests than JWL standards.
