Enkei has kept these three elements at heart when de- signing the TS9. The TS9’s lines are clean with nothing unnecessary added. The spokes and center of the TS9 also keep this philosophy. With simple contours and equally simple side-cuts, the spokes fold into a deep center to evoke a sense of elegance.
Because the TS9 is derived from motorsports, it should be strong. So like all Enkei wheels, it has gone through the rigorous Spec-E testing. Enkei’s “tougher than JWL” Spec-E test setting requires a higher drop point in the impact test and 20% more cycles for the rotary bending fatigue and dynamic radial fatigue tests than JWL standards. The Spec-E represents Enkei’s confidence in its technology and quality.
The TS9 is also constructed using Enkei’s MAT process. The Most Advanced Technology combines one-piece cast wheel technology with a rim forming technology called spinning process. Rim-Rolled technology shapes the rim to improve material elongation without sacrificing the wheels’ hardness. This hybrid process of casting and forging gives wheel high material strength while keeping manufacturing costs less than forged wheels.
The TS9 is available in 17 and 18 inch diameters. Available finishes are Platinum Gray, Matte Black, an Matte Silver.
