Ultra Grip Ice WRT tires use Goodyear's Winter Grip compound molded into a directional tread design with sweeping grooves that help channel water and slush away from under the tire's footprint to enhance traction and handling in cold, wet and wintry conditions. Two types of sipes are used to provide the biting edges needed to generate additional wintertime traction.
