With the 57XTC series, Rays used a design with distinct 2x6 twisted rim spokes to provide a sense of dynamism. The rim spokes, which are stretch parallel to the flange, were twisted to bend the concave line towards the center hub. gramLights left the design features on the sides of the deep rim spokes, which offer different impressions depending on the color and angle of view. The launch of the 57XTC series marks the advent of an alluring sports wheel product line with a unique profile thanks to the twisting, while at the same time providing outstanding basic performance as a sports wheel based on sophisticated analytical techniques.

GramLights are manufactured in Japan at the Rays Wheels plant. Rays Engineering applies their advanced casting technology on GramLights wheels, making them strong and lightweight. They also conform to the JWL Japanese standards, not to mention Rays stringent in-house quality control examinations.
