The Polaris RZR Pro XP is the new generation in the RZR side by side family. At HMF, we were able to get our hands on one relatively early to start our research and development process for both exhausts and equipment.Initially, it appeared that existing HMF exhaust systems were going to be a direct transfer from previous RZR Turbos. However, closer inspection revealed some changes were going to be needed because the rest of the machine was different. So, the team went right to work, developing new bumpers and equipment, that would fit the new chassis, complement the modern styling, and still offer protection our customers have come to expect. After a lot of measuring and fitting, our R&D team came up with four different muffler systems for the RZR Pro XP. Our proven design and fabrication skills developed the following systems are now available for the machine:
The Polaris RZR Pro XP exhaust systems are available as Dual Slip Ons in the Performance Series, Dual Full Turbo-Back in the Performance and Titan Series, and a Single Full Turbo-Back Big Core in the Titan SS Series.All the dual systems use 16" silencers. The Slip-On systems retain the original downpipe and turbo heat shields. The Full Turbo-Back Systems will still retain the original turbo heatshields but replace all the exhaust components after the turbo.
Performance Series : Dual Slip-On
The restrictive factory silencer leaves a lot to be desired in the sound department. Our dual slip-on system quickly solves this. The Performance Series has the signature sound HMF has become world-renowned for.
The 4" aluminum silencers pick up 5 hp and 3 ft-lbs with a 3-6 dB increase in sound. The slip ons replace the stock silencer and are significantly lighter.
Dual Full Turbo-Back
Using our proven Dual Slip-On system and adding a 2.5" mandrel-bent, stainless steel downpipe from the turbocharger created the Performance Series Dual Turbo-Back Exhaust, featuring a laser-cut heatshield mounted to the downpipe.
The 4" aluminum silencers and stainless steel downpipe picks up 6-7 hp and 4-5 ft-lbs with a 3-6 dB increase in sound. The downpipe includes a flex joint and custom laser-cut heatshield that mounts to the downpipe.
Titan Series:
Dual Full Turbo-Back
Using the unique internal core designs of the Titan Series, the Dual Turbo-Back Exhaust in our Loud (xL), or Quiet (QS) cores, tailoring the sound output to each user's liking. Our xL cores produce a deep tone with a hearty bark that will surely get some attention. The QS cores provide sound levels closer to stock, yet still giving a rich, deep tone without any of the undesirable secondary harmonics typically in the stock and other systems.
The 5" stainless steel silencers and stainless steel downpipe picks up 6-7 hp and 4-5 ft-lbs. The downpipe includes a flex joint and custom laser-cut heatshield that mounts to the downpipe. Available in both the Loud (xL) and Quiet (QS) options. The Titan-xL is 3-6 dB louder than stock, and the Titan-QS comes in the same as stock at 84 dB but with a much deeper tone.
Titan-SS Series:
Single Big Core Full Turbo-Back
This exhaust means business. Leveraging the durability of our Titan Series with years of racing knowledge, the Big Core setup is a real monster of an exhaust. The system is actually the shortest and least restrictive, even compared to dual silencer setups.
The single 5" stainless steel silencer and unrestricted 2.5" downpipe was designed and built for serious racing and enthusiasts alike. The silencer uses a 2.5" core to match the downpipe and minimizes back pressure on the turbo and helps to keep the turbo spooled for the best possible throttle response.Fuel Tuning is not typically required
Typically, fuel tuning is not required when installing an HMF Exhaust on this machine. However, other modifications to the machine may require the need for fuel tuning to ensure the machine runs properly, and there is no damage to the exhaust system. HMF BlackOut exhausts have a specialized matte colored ceramic coating that is formulated to withstand extreme temperatures.

The HMF 2-year limited warranty applies to manufacturing defects only. Any exhaust that is damaged by misuse, incorrect installation, modification, incorrect air/fuel mixture, impact or crash damage will not be covered by the warranty. Any exhaust that is not covered by the warranty can be repaired by HMF at the customers expense.
Shipping damage must be reported to HMF within 1 week of receipt. Shipping damage is not the responsibility of HMF. HMF will assist you in filing a claim with the shipper so you may be reimbursed for the damage.
HMF will not be responsible for any damage caused to the exhaust or any other component due to incorrect air/fuel mixture. It is the end customers responsibility to ensure that their machine is properly tuned.
All exhaust must be free of all mud & debris or a $30 cleaning fee will be charged. Customer is responsible for shipping charges to HMF.
Equipment
HMF Engineering warrants the HMF Equipment product line for one year from the date of purchase. Warranty coverage is limited to manufacturing defects only. Typical wear and breakage does not apply to the limited product warranty. If the product shows evidence of usage or installation contrary to product descriptions or instructions, subjection to improper handling/packaging, or abuse the limited product warranty becomes invalid.
Any product received and found to be damaged, faulty, or missing components must not be installed and reported to HMF Engineering within one week of receipt. Shipping damage is not the responsibility of HMF. HMF will assist customers in filing a claim with the shipper so you may be reimbursed for the damage.
The liability to HMF Engineering for losses or damages arising out of any cause whatsoever is limited to repair or replacement of the product(s), or at our own discretion, a refund of the purchase price. HMF Engineering shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential or incidental damages, so the above exclusion or limitation may not apply to you.
