If you ve driven your BMW E30 M3 off the showroom floor, then your factory rubber motor mounts have already started the shrinking process. Motor mounts can get squashed as much as 1" or more. This changes the location of the engine within the chassis and allows the engine to rock more than normal. This also makes many sway bars hit the oil pan on the motor. By simply swapping your factory rubber motor mounts for the HPF solid motor mounts you will drop your 1/4 mile ET. We love the feeling of the HPF solid motor mounts. Engine noise is minimal and the throttle response is much more snappy.
