We at Soul have had ample time around many exhaust configurations for the 987. 1 and set out to build the ideal setup for enthusiasts. We decided on this design as it offers an incredible sound when you have the pedal down, but it is VERY refined when driving around town. The Soul mufflers practically eliminate droning - even with aftermarket race headers the sound is reserved during partial throttle!
No valves necessary - we are confident that our system is a solid option for those who like it loud when it's appropriate but reserved around town. Expect no check engine lights, only a grin every time you accelerate. Each system is made from mandrel bent T304L stainless steel tubing and features mufflers with fortified casings in the interest of durability. You can order this exhaust to suit your specific aesthetic desires with tips of your choosing. HJS CATALYTIC CONVERTERS have a three (3) year warranty and are covered except when used with leaded race fuel or any type of fuel additive. Such non-manufacturer specified fuels will damage any catalytic converter and warranty is voided when these fuels and additives are used.
Soul Performance Products will repair or replace the catalytic converters once (1) during the 3 year period, or the option to apply credit towards a catless equivalent product will be available.
Sound is not covered under any warranty. We will do our best to meet expectations but sound is subjective. There are ways to adjust sound level and we will work with you to find the right one for you.
Soul Performance LLC under this warranty, in any event, will not be liable for loss of use, inconvenience, consequential or resultative damage. Our soul obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repair or replacement of our product.
Second Hand Components: Product warranty applies to the original purchaser on record, for the original vehicle on which the product was installed. Second hand owners can have any possible parts repaired at cost or have the option of a reduced cost replacement of the same or similar product (requires sending in original component).
COATINGS
PVD coatings are covered for one year from defects. Physical damage, or any damage incurred from customer negligence void any warranty claims.
Jet-Hot ceramic coatings are covered for life under Jet-Hot's Lifetime Warranty.
