TPC Racing Stage 2 Turbo Kit Porsche Cayman S 6spd 06+

Cayman owners have long dreamed of giving their cars the power they need to truely be the best they can be. The dreaming is now over with the release of the TPCRacing CaymanS Turbo Kit. Drivers can now experience acceleration to equal and even surpass that of a 997 Turbo. By pairing the mind bending acceleration of 997 Turbo with the Cayman;s mid-engined agility, TPCRacing has created the ultimate driver;s car.

After 22 months of R&D, the TPCRacing CaymanS Turbo kit is now available to the public. With 485HP* on tap, the TPCRacing CaymanS Turbo will put you through the 1/4 mile 11.7 @121mph; faster than a 997 Turbo or a 997 GT3. Combined with it;s excellently balanced chassis, TPCRacing Cayman S Turbo is well equiped to terrorize GT3s and Z06s at your next track day. This incredible package was developed with 150+ hours on the dyno, nearly 30,000 miles on the street, and 30+ track testing sessions, the TPC Racing Turbo CaymanS Kit meets our strict standards for performance and earns our seal of approval!

With an engine tuned to develop 485hp*, working in concert with an outstanding mid-engined platform; it is understandable why the TPCRacing CaymanS Turbo Kit is so highly coveted by Cayman owners. Porsche owners all have one thing in common; high expectations for their vehicle;s performance; and with the TPCRacing CaymanS Turbo kit, their expectations have been matched and exceeded.

The TPCRacing CaymanS Turbo Kit employs a single turbo setup. The turbocharger used was specially designed to provide maximum power with fast spooling. In this application TPC has harnessed this turbocharger;s mighty potential to force only 5.5lbs of boost into the stock CaymanS engine. Boost was restricted to 5.5lbs to preserve the motor;s reliability. Smooth operation and the vehicle;s longevity are two of our primary focuses when producing a forced induction kit.

In order to cool the massive amount of compressed air being fed into the Cayman;s engine, TPCRacing employs a liquid-to-air intercooler setup for maximum efficiency and ultimate power. This system works in conjuction with the OEM front center mount radiator*. Whether you are facing hours of stop and go traffic, desert heat, or a weekend at the track; the liquid-to-air intercooler setup used in the TPCRacing CaymanS Turbo Kit will effectively manage intake air temperature.

The TPCRacing CaymanS Turbo Kit completely replaces the stock exhaust system excluding the exhaust manifolds/catalytic converters. The exhaust included the TPCRacing CaymanS Turbo Kit produces a healthy rumble the will give you goosebumps. We went through many different designs during R&D to come up with a muffler setup that would produce an excellent tone while being perfect streetable. During normal driving conditions the exhaust maintains itself at a nice low rumble, but when the throttle is cracked open those around will know for sure that this is no ordinary Cayman. Made with aircraft grade stainless steel and polished to a shine, the exhaust in this kit provides an attractive and aggressive, sound and appearence with ZERO drone or resonance.

TPC Racing is the Mid-Atlantic's premier maintenance, service, tuning and modification center dedicated solely to Porsche sports cars. This long time focus on only one make has enabled them to become experts in Porsche service, tuning, and racing.

TPCRacing has its roots in the IMSA Supercar Series of the late 1980’s and early 1990s, where team owner and driver Mike Levitas managed the turbocharger programs that gave the fire-breathing Nissan 300ZX, Mazda RX7 Twin Turbo, Lotus Turbo Esprit and Consulier GTPs their prodigious power. By combining a lifetime of automotive enthusiasm, business experience and technical skill with advanced aeronautical training and certifications, Levitas has managed to extend the engineering of some of the most advanced and well-regarded machines in existence – Porsche race cars.

After climbing the Porsche Club Racing ranks starting in 1992, Levitas and TPCRacing ascended to Motorola Cup action in 1999, driving a mix of Mercedes sedans and Porsches. In 2000, TPCRacing began entering races under its own banner, and since has scaled the heights of the Grand American Rolex Sports Car Series, winning more than 20 times in class and claiming an unprecedented 1-2-3-4 sweep of a major driver’s championship.

To this day, TPCRacing remains active in the Porsche community where the team laid down roots, and uses the team’s professional, club racing and street Porsches to develop engine and suspension components for its partners. TPCRacing has an aggressive engineering program, focused on developing powerful superchargers and responsive shocks and dampers for professional and club sport cars, keeps performance-hungry Porsche owners fed a steady diet of racing-derived aftermarket parts.
