The DC X SSUR is a high top shoe from DC’s Artist Projects as a collaborative effort with a Russian artist based in NYC.  The various colors of camo from around the globe are there to represent a cautionary tale about war between the first, second, and third worlds.  With populations surging, struggles for natural resources escalating, and the world economy in the dumps, preemptive piece is more important then ever.  The crazy camoflauge shoe features ballistic nylon material and eyelids for the most intense outdoor activities.  Besides being a limited edition shoe, this piece has a meaning and a purpose as all Artist Project shoes do.
