aFe just announced the availability of its new MACH Force-Xp Exhaust with Muffler (No NPP) for the 2020 Corvette C8. The MACH Force-Xp exhaust system is constructed of 3 in. to 2-1/2 in. mandrel-bent TIG-welded 304 stainless steel tubing for the highest levels of strength and durability. This system features a high-flow metallic black muffler. The muffler has a high-temperature metallic black finish for the ultimate corrosion resistance. In addition, it produces a powerful and attractive soundtrack, too, as it unleashes newly available horsepower and torque from the new mid-engined Corvette.

The aFe MACH Force-Xp system incorporates factory-style AFM (active fuel management) exhaust valves that use the C8’s factory exhaust valve motors (not included). The AFM valves help to control exhaust pulses during cylinder deactivation. A mitered merge x-pipe is used to balance and evenly distribute exhaust pulses traveling through the vehicle’s exhaust system, thus minimizing exhaust drone and maximizing scavenging. This Corvette C8 system uses a heavy-duty flex pipe with an internal interlock liner for added resilience and longevity.
Finishing off this exhaust system are quad 4-1/2 in. diameter polished, black, or carbon fiber clamp-on exhaust tips. The tips feature a laser-etched aFe POWER logo for a unique look. Since this exhaust was manufactured using state-of-the-art computer-aided design technology, it is designed to deliver a perfect high-tolerance factory fitment each and every time. What’s more, this bolt-on system uses all factory-style flanges and hangers. There is no cutting or modifications required for installation.
