One of the most iconic JDM sports cars of the day is the Honda S2000. At the time when the Mazda Miata was king and the BMW Z3 was a wannabe, the S2000 came in with its high revving vtec engine and blew away both of these others in it’s class. Over the years the S2000 became the go to vehicle for those wanting a lightweight track car. From watching the Touge drivers of Japan, the horsepower and modification cult following took over in the USA. Once the S2000 made its appearance in the Fast and Furious franchise, it was game over to everyone else. Big power builds, crazy body kits, and more made the Honda S2000 a legendary JDM tuner car worldwide.
Fast forward 20 years and the S2000 is still highly desired. Social Media Influencers are always looking for that car to build and gain attention from followers. This is exactly what Alex Martinez did with his S2000. Equipping it with a turbocharged engine, Status Racing seats, an APR Performance widebody kit, he did the finishing touches with a set of VR Forged D03-R 1piece forged monoblock wheels. The hyper black wheels were done in a 18×9 +20mm up front and a 18×10 +18mm in the rear to match perfectly with the body kit. To make them his “own” the wheels were adorn with his company Martini Works on the edge of the wheels.
