To enhance the styling and functionality of the McLaren 570S, Vivid Racing came out with a VR Aero carbon fiber rear wing. That’s because, while the British beauty is a great-looking ride, it looks as though it’s missing something out back. Unlike the McLaren 12C and 650 with an active aero spoiler, the 570S has none – until now! One of our customers jumped on the opportunity to adorn his McLaren 570S with the new VR Aero wing and the results are nothing less than perfection. In fact, it looks like the car came with the wing on it straight from the factory! That is just how well-fitted the VR Aero component is for the supercar contender. This high-quality carbon fiber rear wing is super easy to install and is fully functional to provide aerodynamic benefits (i.e. eliminating any grip and downforce issues at higher speeds). Just by looking at the few photos this customer sent in of the finished product, you can see why a rear wing is a must-have on the 570S.  

About the VR Aero 570S Rear Wing: This carbon fiber rear spoiler is the perfect size and style to flow with the natural body of the McLaren 570S. Vivid Racing teamed up with APR Performance to utilize their race-proven GTC-300 carbon airfoil. It uses the 67-inch airfoil which extends past the rear fenders. The full wing is extremely lightweight and the carbon fiber weave is a true match to the factory McLaren carbon material. 

The new uprights were engineered by Agency Power to offer adjustability in the wings rake to change the downforce if desired. The holes on the uprights allow for up to 15 total adjustments where each hole is 3 degrees. In addition, the wing uprights can be extended upwards to change the height of the wing 1.75 inches from its lowest position.  

The key aluminum bracket that replaces the factory black bracket under the decklid mimics the stock piece, including mounting points for the OE decklid fitment. It incorporates designated mounting positions for the new uprights and allows for easy access to install the uprights to each side. This helps reinforce the strength of the entire wing for max durability. What’s more, this rear spoiler kit features carbon-fiber endplates that have been styled similar to the McLaren GT4. This piece really is a match made in heaven for the 570S.
