Eventuri has come out with yet another ground breaking product. The new intake systems for the 5 Cylinder equipped Audi RS3 has redefined the cold air intake market. Instead of simply adding a cone filter or an open element with a heat shield, they have designed an entire product from the ground up. From the the front of the vehicle, all the way to the intake path near the back of the engine, has been completely redesigned. Air travels through a ram styled scoop in the front into the venturi pod. After the filter the air travels down an redesigned 88mm carbon fiber tube which stays the same diamter all the way into the engine.
The results? They have logged a performance gain of nearly 20hp and 25ft-lb of torque! These are some very impressive gains from an intake system alone. On top of the increased power levels, they have also confirmed via V-Box statistics for 0-60 and 60-130 mph sprints. On top of performance gains, you get a very attractive piece to show off in your engine bay. Induction noise is also improved so you will hear the turbo charger spooling and get the “blow off” effect from the diverter valve noise.
