One of the best parts of owning a turbocharged car is hearing all the awesome turbo noises. Unfortunately, nearly all new turbocharged vehicles use a bypass valve (also known as a diverter valve or recirculating valve) which is significantly quieter than a traditional blow-off valve. Luckily, making a bypass act like a 100% VTA blow-off-valve is as simple as using a small adapter. For the 2.7L and 3.5L F-150 EcoBoost, Agency Power is introducing their new spacers which make the OEM bypass valves act like a 100% vent to atmosphere blow-off valve.
In the case of the F150, installing this new part is easy and gives you that awesome “psh” noise we all know and love. The adapter is constructed from high-quality 6061 Billet aluminum and features a black anodized finish. There is no tuning or anything else required for the adapter, other than the included hardware for installation.
