DC Battery Hub utilizes technology created by Dr. Mark Quarto of QTS, LLC. and is distributed by FutureTech, a vehicle electrification technology solutions provider. Rather than boasting a “proprietary” process, the DC Battery Hub approach to rebuilding Hybrid Electric Vehicle battery packs is independently standardized with careful attention to detail and validated for efficacy.
Every “donor” battery pack received by DC Battery Hub is thoroughly inspected for its quality, cleaned, and prepared for rebuilding. The battery is then cycled, analyzed, and screened; it is taken precisely to its lowest healthy state of charge, recharged to the highest capacity, and then re-balanced to the original state-of-charge specs. Only the best of the best cells are maintained; the rest are properly recycled. Once enough high-quality conditioned cells are available, they are reinstalled into the hybrid battery chassis and evenly balanced to achieve an equal state of charge among all cells. The final battery product is then shipped out for use.
DC Battery Hub batteries are assembled with hand-selected components, screened for health before they are conditioned, balanced, and brought back to optimum efficiency.
