If you’ve seen our Can-AM X3 project, then you know the insane amount of parts we’ve installed on it. We built it to aid in product development and market existing parts, plus who doesn’t love a cool build? At the time we built our Can-AM, 32” tires were all the rage and all the best rigs were running them. We used a set of 32” Fuel tires wrapped around 15” Fuel wheels, and while that setup was very cool, 35” tires are common now.
Thanks to Fuel, we upgraded from 32” Gripper tires to 35” Gripper tires. These are super grippy, aggressive 35” tires which are fully DOT legal. A bigger tire effectively reduces the size of bumps on the trail, plus larger tires increase overall ground clearance. With bigger tires comes a need for upgraded clutching, which you can learn more about it our UTV clutching guide. We had plenty of tread left on our 32” tires, so we sent them out with a massive burnout! Check it out below!
